Privacy policy
Information we use
We store account email, verified-email status, session records, credit transactions, orders and video task metadata. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; they are not stored in our database.
Photos and generation
Your draft photo stays in this browser until you create a video. On creation, it is sent to APIMart for moderation, temporary upload and video generation. APIMart and its model partners process the photo and reference clip. Photos go through asset review; after a terminal video result, we request deletion of the reviewed photo asset. Provider file URLs are temporary and unlisted; anyone who has a file URL may be able to open it.
Infrastructure and email
Cloudflare hosts the application and account database. Resend sends authentication emails. Stripe processes checkout and billing. These providers may process information outside your country.
Usage statistics
We use a first-party visitor cookie lasting 30 days to measure visits, photo uploads, generation and downloads. Basic event records are retained for 30 days and help us improve the studio.
History and retention
Video task records and credit/payment records stay in your account for operation, support and accounting. Output download links expire according to the provider. Download videos promptly. Browser drafts expire after two hours and are stored in session storage and IndexedDB.
Requests
Contact support to request account information, correction or deletion. Some payment or security records may need to be retained. We do not publish your generated videos in the example gallery without a separate decision to share them.
